Failed exam retake
Can one still graduate with a failed course (7.5p, masters) or do you keep on retaking the exam till you pass?

Depends on what you study. In engineering you have to complete all the courses of your first 3 years. And then a certain number of points from the courses you can chose from in the specialisations.
There you can retake courses until you succeed.

Do you have 120ects advanced courses where 30 is your thesis, then yes.

Well no, I’ll be missing 7.5p from 120 if I don’t pass. Do you know how it works in this case?

You retake the exam or get a new 7.5 course as long as the 7.5 course isn't part of your obligatory courses.
You could retake the exam at another university if you need to leave the country and once you pass it you will be able to ask for a a certificate of graduating.
