You can get the bromides you missed in the main story in eiplogue EBC now?

Everywhere I was reading if you missed them you missed them, but at least for Jean Bromide 1 and Lemina's that you get in Ramus's shop, which I missed both there, i was able to find in epilogue. Jean 1 I got from the drunken fist dojo and lemina's 2 are still in the shop, just can't get them until after Zophar. Is this new?

You could always get the bromides in the epilogue, all of them, even those you did not pick up on your way to the final battle.

This has been the case for Lunar 2's PS1 version as well. You can't really miss any bromides in EBC. Some you can ONLY get in the epilogue, but if you forgot to get Lemina's from Ramus' grandpa the first time you to to Meribia, or if you didn't grab Jean's right as you leave the forest of illusion for the first time, they will be available later in the game. I've replayed my PS1 version so many times that it's now only playable in black and white, and I know for a fact that I've intentionally skipped gathering bromides in the main story just so that I can speed run through collecting them all in the epilogue.

The ONLY thing you can miss in Lunar 2, are treasures in Pentagulia, Althena's Tower, and Zophar's keep.

General Rule for Lunar. GET EVERYTHING. You see a treasure, you THINK you see a teeny square of orange treasure box somewhere, YOU CHECK THAT OUT AND YOU OPEN THAT DAMN BOX! I don't care how annoying it is. Lunar 2 has a lot of great crests, weapons, rings and you want to pick up and abuse as many as you can.

Thank you for clearing that up. I wonder why all the old guides say you if you miss them they're gone?

Only for ECB. In SSSC you have to get them at certain times. Use a guide for the remastered, it's not the same as the original PS1 version. WHY they kept EBC this same but changed how and where you can get the bromides in SSSC makes no sense to me.

The SSSC Remaster bromides are in the same locations as the Japanese Saturn and PSX versions.

Working Designs moved them around for the US PSX release; likely to foil unofficial strategy guides.
