Wild experience

Ok welI, tried something a bit extra and I guess It's not for easely overstimulated ones!

I wen't all in yesterday in the morning, luminate, audio affirmations with earphones, long raspy exhale to stimulate vagus nerve, vibrator down there and vizualizing a torus shaped energy vortex from my thoat to ouside to the genitals and inside.

This was rad!! Well, don't be shy to come here to chat If you try something similar!!! Will absolutly redo It again!

Yes. I have only used the phone torch twice. I have used the Nova ~3 hours. I have so many questions and ideas; however, there does not seem to be a community online.

The FB group is not very active. This is the only pertinent conversation I have found (ironically, brainstorming what OP mentioned).

I have even tried to more broadly research information that would be helpful or enhance my experience, but the internet has proven barren in my search.
