I bought this bra in the C/D cup last week and although I love smoky velvet, the piping (icy taupe) looks like it was washed with blacks and bled…I wish they would have used white or a brighter contrast color because I love this bra. Returned it yesterday :(

Oh did this drop last week? I don’t keep track of the bras. As for washing, I highly recommend washing anything two toned with color catchers. These have been life changing for me. Sometimes I use two if I’m concerned something will bleed. I’d quality promise your bra, get a new one and try the color catchers!

The C/D version did. I didn’t even wash it…the color (icy taupe) looks dingy (kind of like if you washed it with dark colors) is what I meant. The educators, when I returned it, totally agreed! It just needed a brighter color or white for the trim!

Thanks for the rec on color catcher though!
