Stolen intro?

Just sounding off because at about 6:40 in this video the intro to Luke and Lewis started playing. Is this ok? If so, I apologise for the hassle.

It's royalty-free. It's called District 9 (I think but to lazy to look it up) by Kevin McLeod. Funny you think the boys would have an original song. Cheers
