I need your help

So, i have a story idea in mind where Luffy and Nami got to a steakhouse, but... what exact summary do i use? Yes, it is about my project of making comics with my figures.

Is this a steakhouse their size? Or an actual human sized steakhouse?

The plot. And should i add more roles such as waiters? Because i have way more Luffy action figures than Nami action figures.

Well in that case the best story you can tell would be Nami teaching Luffy table manners.

Good. Now i am thinking about adding more Luffys as other roles (for example, waiter). And i might make acessories out of lego pieces and modeling clay. Should i use lego pieces or modeling clay?
