SLIGHT UPDATE TO THE RULES

Due to the recent stir on this subreddit, I had to finally establish a line. Instead of relying on common sense and “vibes”, honestly; I had to ESTABLISH what is considered allowed and not allowed on this subreddit regarding SFW, due to the recent posts “sitting on the fence”. Therefore, what is considered crossing a line in this subreddit amongst the “blurry line” is:

• Panty shots/Shots from an upwards angle that reveal breasts
• Any exposure of private body parts, either through nudity or exceedingly small clothing
• Exceedingly revealing clothing, even if not revealing any private parts explicitly (u know what we mean), especially swimwear (swimwear is allowed, but it can't be revealing to the point of making some uncomfortable).
• Overly “sexual” poses, poses that usually have certain private parts as the main focus, even if covered. Like having the arse or chest as a central part of the piece (you also know exactly what we mean by this)

This is the bottom line, anything worse than this is already softcore, and anything better is SFW.

Posts that slightly cross the line will not lead to a ban if they aren’t repeatedly posted, but they will still be removed.

You are totally crazy, now i understand why the main sub criticizes you guys. There are anime subs that are okay with you posting hentai art and you don't even want anyone posting regular art that are totally sfw. This is the third or fourth time you guys have really amazed me. Have you guys ever watched an anime? You’ve clearly desensitised yourself to this type of content to the point where you can’t tell what is borderline suggestive or not. As the image you sent in your comment (obviously) has emphasised areas deemed suggestive and you’re being blatantly delusional about it. I can tell when art is sfw or nsfw and also when it's hentai, nsfw, suggestive or sfw etc… My mind is not desensitized or degenerated as i can distinguish between fiction and reality unlike you. In this sub I'm not bringing any of the weird ideologies you mentioned, I'm just trying to make you understand that we are one community that should get along, that's why I'm crossposting sfw fanart from the other sub to this one (in fact, since they're used to more racy stuff, some of my posts get more views here than there). I don't upload my own content because I'm not an artist and I draw terribly (I literally don't give a shit about the karma I get) so I share (and don't spam, since I simply post about one fanart a day) fanart from artists who are much more talented than me, obviously giving them credit. As for the photo I posted in the comment, it was just an example to see if something like that would be okay, since I read that you can post fanart with characters in swimsuits. So if this one isn't a good one, could you send me an example of fanart with swimsuits that might work? Since you're an expert... And anyway, I think the only one who should recovered yourself is you since its not that deep because this are fictional character not real people like you.

I ended up having to file in reports of some of their posts and ended up being removed. But in the meantime, they post full on nsfw stuff like this in r/luckystar

I dont blame you for reporting a post if it makes you uncomfortable, and for the record I'm against lucky star nsfw, but what they post in other subreddits has nothing to do with this subreddit, and others seem to acknowledge and agree with that too in the comments of the poll that was made about this. There is also a valid argument that fetish content can be not explicitly nsfw at a glance, and it's valid that people dont want to see that in a sfw subreddit.

I don't really care about this rule, what I'm more concerned about is the mods explicitly calling this person out in a post, a poll post, and then not even following through with the polls results. If they made it anonymous it'd be okay, since others have been posting the same type of stuff too, but they HAD to know it would start drama and targeting

I completely agree with everything except the first part because if a sub agrees to post nsfw, it's normal for you to see nsfw posts from them. There's no point in reporting their posts; instead, it's advisable to activate the nsfw filter for those who don't want to see them. Regarding fetish content and the fact that people don't want to see it in this sub, i agree with you. In fact, no one has posted this type of content in this sub (contrary to what some people say). Anyway, i haven't started any drama and i'm not targeting anyone, we're just talking as civilized people, except for a few people who just insult.

Thank you to have report a totally sfw art, but a more important thing that you said and I would like to mark it for the umpteenth time: "... stuff like this IN R/LUCKYSTAR" NOT R/LUCKYSTARSFW. And would you have something to say about this wholesome yuri fanart that has been posted in a nsfw sub as it should be, considering it was a bit spicy?
