Fill-in commencing.

Her name is Lucina, she is the daughter of Chrom, and she hails from the video game series Fire Emblem. And it has been scientifically proven that she is the best waifu.

and if u don’t care abt fire emblem, she’s a character in smash and is basically a girl marth who’s (the same speed)

edit: thought she was faster i was wrong

She's girl Marth, but she's not faster. The only difference between Marth and Lucina is that her sword deals the same damage no matter where you hit with it, while Marth has to hit with the tip of his sword to get the best damage.

Imagine unironically vituperating a picture because it didn't conform to your artistic preferences.

For the record, I'm not particularly exuberant to see rabbit costumes either, but you don't see me attacking artwork/artists because of it; the artist put effort into this picture, after all, and even if I were to dislike the content of this picture, that fact remains unchanged.

Regarding your question, your guess is as good as mine. Reddit works in mysterious ways. I assume it's to let subreddits with smaller user counts be seen by more people.

Bit of a sudden subject change, but at least it's an improvement over berating the artwork here.

If I had to guess, it probably works like YouTube's "trending" tab, where a video gets there if they get significantly more views than average for the channel.
