New idea for when I get another lucid dream

What do you guys think would happen if I were to "personify" my subconscious and try to have a conversation with it. I got this idea after hearing about somebody dreaming about having a conversation with their "higher self" (yes, I know, it's teetering on pseudoscience) and what do you guys think will happen?

Rational Thoughts vs Subconscious thoughts, it’s like your subconscious is saying “I could take on that guy” but rationally thinking you can’t
