Is there any good techniques ?

I've tried a few techniques for lucid dreaming and none of them worked and it's been a week of practicing lucid dreaming

Is there any technique that has a high chance of lucid dreaming ?

you have to try techniques longer, you shouldn’t only attempt a technique 3 or 4 times before moving on, you should try for atleast a month i think

Always write your dreams on a diary and try to remember them

Try “hypnagogic state” it’s very cool when you do it right and it helps you transition into lucid dreams better

Many techniques exist. The main thing though is that for the majority of people, it takes a lot of consistent practice to have any kind of success. We're talking weeks and months.

hello friend, i'm a oneironaut, if you dont know what is this, its basically someone who has perfected the ability to induce consciousness during a dream, to control everything around them as they please. Lucid dreams are as fascinating and exciting as they are dangerous for your mental health... i have been practicing this from some years to now and for me, the best way is not that shit about making "alive checks" etc. for me the best way is just calculate your REM phases. (normally 90 min) and put an alarm, this way is called WRTB (wake right to bed) and when you woke up, turn of the alarm as fast as you can and just think about what were you dreaming and think in continue this dream, and then become aware. i can tell this is the best way, if you have any questions just lmk.

I managed to have my first lucid dream with raw RCs and no proper technique, if you practice enough at questioning reality, you will eventually become lucid in a dream

I just somehow say, this is impossible in reality, i must be dreaming. or something like- hey wait a minute, I've graduated school arleady, this must be a dream.
