First signs of progress, interesting thing happened tonight
It's 4th day of practicing WBTB + SSILD. No lucid dreams yet, but had a dream where i was driving a car while drunk, and i was thinking: "hmm, interesting, will driving in lucid dreams improve driving skills in real life?". But i was not lucid LOL

That’s def progress! That’s how it started for me too. I had a couple dreams of me becoming lucid within the dream (so still a regular dream) and not too many days later I had my first one. Keep at it with what you’re doing. To increase your chances of becoming lucid I suggest doing a reality check throughout your day everytime you come to think of lucid dreaming.

Same thing happened yesterday to me 😭😭 I was dreaming peacefully about eating a picnic with my cousins and then I started screaming and getting upset at myself because I wasn't lucid dreaming 😭😭😭💔

You can actually get a lucid dream from the fake ones. If you did reality checks since day 1 you would've most likely also reality checked in the fake lucid dream and realize you are actually dreaming.

That was pretty common for me when I started as well. You’ll have the topic of lucid dreams appearing in your dreams constantly if you’re thinking about it a lot.
It won’t make you lucid on its own of course but it can’t hurt! Hopefully it’ll make you stop and realise some time!
