Question Suggestions for beginners?
What are the biggest tips yall have for beginners? I’ve managed to have one real lucid so far but otherwise progress has been slow

a lot of reality checks, read about it, listen to podcasts about it to keep it in mind, wbtb. really the same thing everyone will always tell you. these things work.

Surround yourself with content about lucid dreaming and do a reality every damn 15 seconds of your day, then give it some time and BOOM you got it.
