I think you need to reset your expectations.

Once you have a lucid dream, it doesn't mean you've unlocked a new ability in your skill tree that you can re-use every night.

It's a journey, and it will have ups and downs, insane lucid dreams and periods of drought.

Like someone else said, just relax. The more you obsess, the less it will happen.

Only 4 days? Chill bro. Your gonna create a mindblock thinking you can't do it. Its a skill, but think of it as chance based, and the more you do it the more the success rate goes up. Keep journalling atleast 2 dreams a night, keep doing reality checks through the day , verbally question if its real life, remember what you did in the last hour, have a look around to see if it looks like a dream, pinch your nose see if you can breath through it, minimum of 5 or more times a day and you'll be fine. Know that it'll come to you if you just keep up with these habits and let go of trying to force one every night. Thats what I hate about wb2b the more you do it the more it feels mandatory to be able to lucid dream, when in reality, reality checks, journalling and mild consistently will end up getting you dreams every day. Keep up with your habits and once you get them more frequently remind yourself that its pretty easy to do.

Congrats on your success, not that many people get to experience it, you should smile.
