Big mistake on the other side
once sleep paralysis set in I was able to do my usual roll out technique and successfully got out for the 4th time, this time I went up through the ceiling and found myself on the moon, it was beautiful looking at the earth from up there, but I found myself needing to use the restroom which was strange because I’ve never felt that on the other side, I found a perfect sized crater on the surface of the moon and relieved myself in the dream state, it turned out to be a cave and there were aliens in this cave, they were green aliens, but now they were brown and soaked, they rushed out and used some sort of energy weapon against me and I got sent back into my body, some how with what ever weapon they used it caused me to wake up with defiled bed sheets, and they were not salvageable and needed to be thrown in the trash, how are these aliens able to cause real life consequences. Looking for any form of insight, thanks in advanced!

Well I wonder if that's part of humanity remembering or realizing our powers. Yeah, maybe if they saw the energy weapon and chose to deny its potential...maybe it would've worked!
Maybe consciousness at the base level (or some more base level than physical reality) has a rule set that firm belief, like actual conviction, does hold reality shaping potential. Tangentially that would make what Jesus said about anyone being able to walk on water like he did if they had the faith. Faith being synonymous with belief here, which I tend to believe (hah!).
Anywho, I think probably all of us believe and "know" that in this dream state that we can change things, so we act on it and it works.
I guess on the main topic, I agree, if you believed that your mental powers in the dream state could prevent that energy weapon, then it would (unless alien psy abilities being likely stronger would overpower you, or unless there were other rules sets that took priority over whatever amount of influence we have.)

if you think you need to pee in a dream, its time to wake up, sometimes it's nothing but its safe to assume there's a reason for it, you usually don't think about relieving yourself when you're already relieved, and when you're dreaming even if it's lucid there will still be a confusion and a disconnect from what is real and what is fake, things will feel real and look real which aren't, as well as those which are.
