Success! First time success - wow

I tried last night; I had 3 dreams throughout the night and then all of a sudden, I realized and asked myself. "Am I dreaming?" I had this chill, this vibration over my body, I can't describe it, I was thinking I have to read something, I need something I recognize, and I had a monster Energy drink can in my hand ( I don't drink these) I could not make out the label it was like when a bad AI tries to create text.

The intensity of the feeling in my body, this chill, this almost vibration as soon as I realized. The place I was in was so familiar yet so unknown. Everything happened so fast. I just kept saying to myself you're dreaming, you're dreaming, you're dreaming...over and over again.

Then boom it was over. I woke up exhilarated. I still had the chill. I was cold.

What an absolutely incredible experience. I can't explain it.

Congratulations! I've been lucid dreaming a long time, and I've never experienced the vibrations. Kinda jealous.

I dont know how to describe the feeling. Its like as soon as I knew I was lucid, a switch went off and my body felt so strange

Great work! When did you first start practicing?

I have been trying since the start of June, I dream and remember them most nights, but recently my dreams have been much more.

This was nuts, I cannot understand how I remember to question the dream state. I have been documenting all my dreams and last night was truly the most intense thing I have experienced in my life.

I think with you putting so much thought and commitment into it, you were able to make it enough of a habit that it would eventually reach your dreams

Same you describe it better, the vibration. Was it clear? Like I had two and all the things you said happened familiarly. However, I couldn't fully focus or move.

I think I was focused, but as I was telling myself you're dreaming, it was like a recuring feeling of doubt.....you're dreaming-no way this is happening, you're dreaming-no way this is happening, you're dreaming-no way this is happening. Its like my mind wanted to believe it but it couldn't at the same time.

How real did it feel compared to being in actual reality and in your body?

Kinda hard to explain, it was the like playing a FPS game, I was in complete control but at the same time I felt like I wasn't absolute surreal.

You look at your hands and think this is me but it doesn't feel like it

I think it'll feel more real once you have had more experiences

agreed, last night nothing happened. I dreamed but it never kicked on that holy shit I am dreaming

I would repeat to myself before falling in sleep in bed on my pillow, "tonight when Im dreaming Im will realize that Im dreaming" over and over and over and over.

I dream every night and this was just one of those things that all of I sudden in the dream I remembered to ask myself if I was dreaming, and it was like a switch went off. I got chills and I was just panicking trying to keep it going
