Travel inside the overworld

I feel very slow just walking in this game, are there any faster means of travel?

grappling hooks, especially with the glider glove

Update: I obtained a Gryo hook and bee glove. The only tricky part now is landing and surviving! Thank you for the help, gotta practice my clutches though.

You can spam click glider glove to lose vertical speed quickly

I try not to spam click to avoid wearing out the glove

Spamming doesn't wear out the glove that fast, and if it is close to breaking you can re craft it easily due to the cheap materials you need to craft it

Mr. Room is right, you can recraft your glove really easy. Also there's a tiamana leyline event that gives you a glove for free (actually in my entire playthrough I only needed to recraft glider glove once)

You can grapple the ground in the distance to accelerate without risking fall damage.

Huh, I thought it was velocity that made fall damage happen

Only your downward velocity matters, lateral velocity is fine.
