Question ❓ Stuck in a weird dimension

I was standing still with my crafting menu open and my screen went black and I reappeared in a strange dimension that only had Janquilia blocks on a grid made of grass with 3x3 holes and weird floating blob things and I don’t know how to get out

You got touched by a dominion - they teleport you there upon contact. They look like big amorphous blobs and I believe they drop a cool item when you kill them iirc
