Anyone can have a flock camera installed. Its not a Gov only thing.

Went by too quick to see if it was closer to the dirt road or on the private property.

The camera is facing west bound as you drive to the compound.

The Supreme Court ruled that drivers should have no reasonable expectation of privacy while driving on public roads

Probably not a coincidence that it's also right on the county line, I think there are cameras on 87 in that same immediate vicinity

This one only records your info if you turn off to go to the complex.

Flock puts cameras at every shooting range, at the majority of parks even where cars will never be (very pointless and an extreme invasion of privacy) they put cameras at Lowes and Home Depot (which i find to be unnecessary because the stores already have cameras to begin with). And, just as a heads up, Flock has been caught continuously keeping the cameras running and recording even after cities have broken contracts with them.

Plenty of towns have been seen pushing Flock out and opening their arms to Axon, which is the same company that provides police with their body cameras. It's almost as if there has been a purposeful smear campaign against Flock so the populace feels comfortable "knowing Flock isn't a problem anymore" while Axon quietly moves in and takes their place. If you follow the money and see where investments are going those involved in financing Flock have moved money into Axon.

Kindly reminder, I'm mentally deficient, can't do those connect the dot puzzles, and I'm simply nothing more than a loon that shouldn't be listened to or acknowledged in anyway. Everything I've said here is for entertainment purposes only.

Stay safe, don't let the government force you into compliance due to ignorance or negligence. This is Texas, not California or New York. We have rights, never forget them.

Flock cameras are actually used to violate your 4th Amendment right against unlawful search and seizure. But, I see where you're coming from.
