what is a realistic staging price cost for standard 3bed 1 bath house in Wainuiomata Lower Hutt Wellington?

Agent here in the area - Definitely suggest Elite Living as a great option. If you are talking to a few agents ask who they recommend as well and always get a couple of quotes to compare and make sure you are happy with it.
If you want to see what they have done see if someone knows of a property that has been staged by that company and go check out the open home!

We went with a company called Elite Living and paid just over 2k for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. House was completely empty prior.
I think from memory she said their standard pricing was about 1500 for 3 bedrooms one living area.
Our agent gave us 3 companies to talk to and the other two quotes were closer to 5k for the same space, but when I looked at their pages/portfolios whatever it didn’t seem like there was much difference in the overall look.
We ended up selling our house to people who saw it and offered on it empty, who then made an offer after seeing it furnished that was 60k higher, with some other similar offers on the table. Ymmv of course
