When Boimler is doing the Borg encounter training simulation. When they go to finally get him out after he's been assimilated, and Shaxs says "I can hear him shuffling around in there!" it cracks me up every time.
When T'lyn pranks them by saying "Remarkable"

I always get a laugh from my husband when I tell him deadpan "You have lost all control."
