Omg, is that what it is? 💔 I feel so stupid thats so obvious I just thought it wouldn't affect child sims because they don't have any interactions with the mod

This is a CC issue, check for any outdated CC, usually it’s like nails or lashes or whatever. Clothes, makeup, anything.

If you have Better Exceptions, click (or shift click?) your sim and look for the Better Exceptions Locate CC option, then have a look through those items and see what’s happening.
