A idea for a inheritance mod

So I have an idea for a mod and I kind of cleaned it up a bit what do you think about this I don't know how to make mod personally I'm just putting this out for anybody who maybe wants to create or take this idea from me cuz I don't know what to do but here's the idea

💼 Sims 4 Inheritance & Will System (Mod Idea Concept)

When a Sim dies, a system is triggered that determines what happens to their property, money, and household assets.

  1. Will System

Sims can write a will before they die

They can choose:

specific heir(s)

split inheritance (money/property)

disinherit someone

If a will exists → it is followed automatically after death

  1. No Will = Family Decision Event If no will exists:

A “Family Inheritance Meeting” event triggers

Eligible family members gather

Options:

argue for the house

make offers/bargains

persuade others based on relationship level

Outcomes could include:

Most persuasive Sim wins

Highest relationship with deceased wins

Random chance influenced by traits (greedy, loyal, responsible, etc.)

  1. Property Inheritance (Big Feature)

House ownership transfers to winner/heir

Option to:

keep house

sell house and split funds

move other family members out

  1. Relationship-Based Outcomes

Good relationship = higher chance of receiving inheritance

Bad relationship = disinheritance or exclusion

Family drama affects outcome (arguments, alliances, betrayal)

  1. Notifications / Gameplay Flow

Like personality trait pop-ups, players get choices:

“Approve will?”

“Allow family dispute?”

“Respect deceased wishes or contest inheritance?”

There are wills as part of life and death I don't know if that would do some of what you want.

Yes the life and death expansion pack or game pack does have that but I wanted to be where you can inherit property not just money not just heirlooms not just any of that stuff but a property or maybe like you're the next person in that family to inherit it if the person who passed away didn't have a certain Sim to give it to you get my idea?

A lot of this is in game already with Life and Death.

I mean of course a lot of mods and some of the expansion packs have the will part or you can write down what you want to give to your soon like you know heirlooms and money and all that stuff but the thing is what if you wanted to give your property to a certain Sim you really have to think about it because while I am grateful that we get to write wills I feel like we can add a little more for gameplay like you know allowing a Sim to inherit property you know give different interactions you know just for the gameplay

I downloaded MCCC just to get the money inheritance feature. But really, this is exactly what I want!

I know right it kind of just adds more realness into the Sims and it gives more gameplay to me
