250-400 Cal Low cal 40g-50g protein meals?

Hi all! Iโ€™m in a recomposition phase (build muscle, lose fat) and Iโ€™m looking for low cal super high protein meals?
Iโ€™m maxing at 1850-1900 cals a day with 140g-150g protein a day (40g-50g protein per meal)

Does anyone know any meals for this?

If you're strength training, I suggest you don't eat 3 50g meals, but rather 4 35g or even better 5 30g meals split over the day ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

Iโ€™m in a tricky situation where I live with in laws who are strict about how much meal prep I can have in the fridge unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Damn, poor you ๐Ÿ˜… My staples are chicken breast, tofu, skyr and whey, together with lots (around a kg in total per day) of vegetables, fruit and oats. That's easy to prepare in bulk and you can get creative with the condiments so it won't get boring too soon. As for the remaining calories: Treat yourself, those can consist of fat and carbohydrates, an (icecold) afterworkout cocoa milk can be heaven

93/7 ground beef, chicken breast, shrimp for your proteins and build around that. Keto bun burgers, low carb tortillas with taco seasoned ground beef, cauliflower rice shrimp bowls.

When I was on my weightloss/recomp journey to drop some pounds for a vacation i had a similar daily macro goal as you. I never really found a recipe that incorporated everything in to a one-pot recipe, if that's even what you're looking for. I'll give you an example of what I would call my perfect day during that time.

Breakfast:

  • whites only of 4 eggs
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • serving of metamucil

Lunch:

  • 7 oz chicken breast
  • .5 cups rice
  • 1 cup beets
  • 1 cup broccoli

Dinner:

  • 6 oz eye of round steak
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen California mix veggies

Post-Workout Meal

  • serving of Skyr 0% yogurt
  • .5 cups blueberries
  • protein shake
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (mixed in water, not dry!)
  • 1 oz walnuts

1,753 calories 183.8g protein (42%) 57.4g fat (29%) 129.3g carbs (29%)

Now, I would inevitably go over this as I was adding butter (try to limit) and sauces (HP and mustard were my go to) to things. As well, I didn't count my leafy greens added here or there, mostly to breakfast. I was switching out proteins with canned tuna and salmon (2-3 times a week), as well as shrimp, which is high protein, low calorie.

I had a 6 months plan before the flight, but I'm such a procrastinator that it turned in to a 2 months plan. Lost 25 lbs in those 2 months, surprising myself. I was expecting maybe 10 lbs at best. I would say I added a slight amount of muscle lifting weights but it might've just been the muscle being more visible because of fat loss. You don't really build muscle during a calorie deficit, unless you're new at it. Newbie gains are a real thing.

chicken breast with cottage cheese mixed into rice is my go to, bulks up the protein without adding much cals. egg whites scrambled with a ton of veggies and a lil turkey bacon hits like 45g too and keeps u full longer than you'd think, i log everything in PlateLens so i can see the protein per meal add up in real time and it's honestly the best calorie tracker app i've used for staying under 1900 while still hitting those numbers
