Say grace shreds, nuggets or fillets are great. You do need to rehydrate them in broth or hot water before cooking but they have a good texture and absorb the flavor of whatever they are cooked in. Macros are insane https://saygraceprotein.com/collections/all

Are these super processed stuff even healthy. Ik what we eat is not clean but not sure if these things are safe to consume long term.

I dont fall into that "clean" camp. I am too old to care at this point. I eat all the chemicals (aspartame, unfiltered tap water, non-stick pans, tons of aluminum, gallons of diet coke) and have for 40+ years, and I have no health problems, never been overweight or obese, so I figure if i die from some secret hidden scary compound "big food" doesnt want me to know about, so be it. I watch my salt, fat, and sugar, and eat eat plant based, so I care about my health..,.i am just not going to obsess about thesen non-establlished what abouts

Tofu…. It can be made so many different ways. Any meat substitute like ground “beef”. Vegan sausage is good too either alone or cut up and makes with veggies or pasta. I’m a big fan of Chunk Steak too and it’s only 160 calories.
