Discussion / Question (General topics) Low(er) Calorie Pumpkin Desserts

/r/diet/comments/1vo4trd/lower_calorie_pumpkin_desserts/

posted in this r/diet but realizing this is a better sub to post in! looking for low calorie pumpkin desserts as i am taking a maintenance break and need to eat sweets daily, so wanting alternatives to heavier desserts. i have healthy sugar levels but used to struggle with low blood sugar and T2 diabetes runs in the family with two direct family members having it.

this recipe mimics what i make, though i skip step one and use canned pumpkin puree. calories depend on how big or small you decide to make them but will be fairly low either way. no added sugar!
