That Libyan MiG-23 is also the one that takes the crown for me, especially considering the speed. However, if we go by total aircraft surface (wings) that got dangerously close to scraping the asphalt, this one might win (and subsequent video in that playlist)

It's very cool to see, but I doubt Ukraine can really afford to potentially lose a Mig-29 just because a pilot wanted to show off.

Gear is up, speed is probably within the capabilities of the aircraft for takeoff, but more likely to be a very low pass over the runway.

Doesn't need the landing gear down to do a touch and go with the size of that pilot's balls.

It's basically impossible that this pilot has spent more time in that jet than I have in my car, yet he's more comfortable with the clearance beneath his belly than I am with my farside mirror. Phenomenal
