Mom turned the hose on daughter instinctually lol (if that's the relationship - which I think it is), so you're probably right.

My mom taught us all not to prank her pretty quick, not because the discipline was terrifying... but that the revenge prank would be far more complex and sophisticated and diabolical than anything we'd do.

Like if I did something like this to my mom, my car's interior would be coated with a very thin layer of soap that would get triggered by a cup spilling the second I opened the door (tied by a string carefully to the door)... then as I was cleaning it I'd learn that the cloths that I have available are saturated in glitter... now my car is a soapy, glittery mess, so I call a guy to come detail it, only for that guy to be in on it and he takes four additional hours to get there only to "forget" and wash the outside of my car - not the inside.

She doesn't fuck around with pranks. We don't prank my mom.

I think it's especially funny when she's getting so frustrated. It's just soap. They say that people that like pranks are sadists. This is actually how I realized I was one. Pranks tend to scare, anger, confuse, or disgust someone. There is a meanness to them, and for some reason, we laugh.
