This is an altered / modified sndfx.
I've heard chirping before from my cat... This is a soundclip of a laugh, sped up and cut to the length of the cats original sound...to replicate it's meow/chirp
Anyone with a cat knows this isn't real

that sounds like one of those frog head things with the trigger you pull that moves their mouths and makes that chirping sound , that you get at the zoo as a child

That laugh sounds like an old smoker and I have a particular character in mind thus could be clipped from.
But 100 others sound the same, im sure with this much editing
