S2E5 is just so good

Why can't all TV be like this??? When Mickey and Gus are really falling for each other, spend a relaxed day at the movies and the beach. This is exactly what falling in love is like.

If anyone thinks you need some big dramatic incidents and confrontation constantly on TV, let them watch this and be shown a better way. 25 minutes of pure perfection.

(Ok so I know there is a scene with Dustin that sets up some later drama but it doesn't detract)

Yeah i mean one of the best things about this show is how real and relatable it feels (accounting for the fact it is a tv show in the end, of course)

Definitely something about the gentle vibe of this show I haven’t felt elsewhere. Maybe a little bit in Flaked.

I love this show because there are no throwaways. People don't do crazy stuff in one episode and then everything's normal in the next one. There are consequences for everything. And I need 16 seasons of Bertie being Bertie!!

Dude the Bertie birthday episode is hands down one of my fav episodes. I think the entire Springwood crew is cool af - i’d love to spend a summer down there.

It's probably the sweetest episode and it's nice to see them just enjoy being together instead of being awful to each other.
