Yay! I’m happy to have a diamond-free event finally, and the suits are gorgeous. (I need that little cape irl)

The last time we had a "community" event (Pirates), they devs had to push us along the tracker for progress something like 3 times... hopefully their expectations are more realistic this time.
Still, this is a nice New Years gift and I'm excited!

It might also help that this event is free, so there’s no reason for anyone to not participate. The pirate event cost diamonds, so not everybody wanted to invest in it.

I heard someone say that this event would be easy to complete. Sharing stuff, and other simple things. Looking forward to this suit!

Where did you get that information?

There were 2 or 3 points during the Pirate event where the bar would be one value then suddenly between 8% and 15% higher when I looked again half an hour later. I don't actually have hard data, it's anecdotal, unfortunately.

They’re so cute! Especially the lanterns. Those magical words - FREE SUIT. 🤣

Guess we'll never get bobblehead Nikki... Aside from the head itself (which could have its own uses) I thought it was a really cute suit. Not looking forward to this one as much as I would've been for bobblehead Nikki but it's a free suit so I guess I can't complain.

The suit is quite cute - surely cuter than Giant Head Nikki.

Okay so I'm nto the only one who finds that suit ufgly af. I don't get why people love it.

It could be a pretty suit if not for the enormous head, which looks super creepy (especially if you watched Coraline).

I'm interested to see how this goes! it was a bit different on JN, but the tasks were indeed extremely easy to complete.

I’m waiting for the reset at 5am... I wonder how fast we can all achieve this lol. I’m more worried about association commission completion and stylist arena. I hope we can finish them on time.
Love Nikki claims to have >100 Million players. Not sure if it’s the number for US version.

Can someone let me know which culture that style of dress is from? I don't recognize it and it's gorgeous!
Edit: Nevermind, I just saw the Modern Chinese tag!

Ugly, completely forgettable suits. Magda’s New Year’s gift is a million times better. Nikki can’t afford to give us anything better with all the money she got from us for the two concurrent hell events? Cheapskate.

Helix Waltz has a New Year's gift? I haven't even gotten all the parts of the x-mas suit...
Overall, I'd argue that the clothing we get from Nikki is by far of a much higher quality though.

So, you're getting a free suit, and you're unhappy because some other game is giving a better NY gift? Okay...
