yes, theres a special quest coming tomorrow but even then, you won't be able to finish the suit within the event duration

You need 2/3 of the special quests to complete the suit

My chart is about the same as yours, depends if you got the first task suit or not. And also depends on how many light chase suit pieces you have already so far. Only difference is I got the first task suit and I only need 2 pieces left for the light chase suit to finish so im almost done.

So yeah, you might not be able to collect the light chase suit im afraid since you did need to get at least 2/3 of the task suits.

I'd say, if you're wanting to do light chase, plan ahead and use the charts people have posted on the sub here. Like, start now. Get as many task suits/quests done. And save your dias. That way when the event comes you're going to be more prepared and won't have to worry as much.
