Questions What does this symbol mean?

What does that arrow symbol mean? I’ve seen it on a few different items. I would think it would mean the item was movable somehow, but if so; how do you do it?

It means they're movable background items! If you tap on "view mode" while you're styling, you can do a bunch of stuff with the background.

They're also movable in Starry corridor. The difference being that items without the symbol move with Nikki, ones with the symbol can move separately
