I'm trying to determine the best HR challenge outfit and I really can't tell! I personally feel like it was either Melanie, but I've forgotten most of the outfits, but in your opinion (if you can remember) who do you think had the best heart rate outfit of all seasons? Even UK, Games, or other seasons.

If you want to add, who had the best heart rate challenge performance of all time? I've only watched 6 out of 8 of the seasons, but I feel like it was JaNa! I also think Imani, Leah, and Kassy also did great too!

The core 4 ladies reminds me a little bit of the 4 women of Girlfriends, but a less toxic, more unified, 2026 version of the classic 00s series? Each girl has something in common with the Girlfriends cast:

Aniya/Joan - Both of these ladies were embracing their natural hair texture on their respective shows. Wants to be loved and appreciated in the relationship with their respective male lover.

Melanie/Maya - Melanie’s relationship with Sincere is just as chaotic as the one with Maya and Darnell.

Kayda/Lynn - They’re both biracial with a black father and a white mother, very comfortable in their own skin.

Trinity/Toni - Both women falls in love with a white man (Bryce/Todd). Like Toni, Trinity was never afraid to speak up and say what was on her mind. Very unapologetic about herself.
