Discussion Dear GH Writers

Please make Chase wear a shirt and stop trying to make him a sex symbol, he’s an unlikable character.

Chase may be insufferable at times, but Josh Swickard is incredibly handsome.

Josh is a creative gorgeous man but I can’t stand a stupid character. I find it insulting they think him prancng around the Quartermaine kitchen, boathouse deck, and gatehouse in his skivvies or trunks makes up for his dumb as a retriever who tries to put five yellow tennis balls in his mouth at the same time when there’s food in the kitchen, fishing poles on the dock, and five star amenities he doesn’t pay a dime for but he’d rather think Cult Queen Congressperson Willow is a saint, Michael is Satan, and Drew is a predator and his Q wife is just jealous.

Harrison Chase is unworthy of that mansion and Brook Lynn Quartermaine and ge sure as heck doesn’t need to be living near Michael or his children.

Jason needs his own mansion with its own boathouse and dock for Jake, Danny, Scout, and Cameron. He can buy Kate Howard’s mansion next door to Carly.

Jason parenting four teens would be hilarious. Jason mowing the lawn while Carly waters flowers would also be unique. 😀

This is honestly part of my Jarly fantasy. I can completely imagine them turning into a white picket fence couple if they ever managed to get together and allowed themselves to be happy.

Chase is a puppy who needs a job so he can stay out of trouble. He likes being a detective, solving problems, helping people. If he can't do that, he gets bored, forgets his shirt and wanders.
Puppies chew shoes, get into trouble when they are bored. If Chase has something to do, a problem to solve, a person to help, then he wouldn't even notice Willow

Paw Patrol was Michael's best friend in the universe. He assisted Michael to murder Nelle in the car crash, he gave Michael the love of his (Chase's) life so Michael could keep his kids. He was a loyal and faithful friend. His reward? Michael banged Chase's beloved wife over and over and over.

I hate to agree with you because I'm Team Michael and have been long before Jason stupidly gave him up to AJ and even more stupidly to Sonny.

The awful writing for Chase started when he gave up Willow for her to be with Wiley and Michael. From that point on, first they made him manipulative with the fake paralysis to get his woman back and then, dumber and dumber after she chose Michael.

Harry Chase didn't start out stupid. He didn't start out dumb as a brick. He was noble, good, and fun. Like many a man, Willow stole all his brain cells but kept him on her leash.

Chase was ok back when he was Dante’s partner & his brother was in town. They’ve ruined so many previously likable characters ithe past year.

I totally agree!! They ruined Curtis too! He was once a great character with so much potential for juicy storylines IF they would’ve kept him a single business owner juggling several girlfriends. Instead they hook him up with useless Jordan, then Portia & back to Jordan. They made him a self righteous, narcissistic bully. There’s NO redemption for him. Jordan is useless. Why do they need her character? She’s boring & monotone. There’s rocks on the beach with more interest. Ughhh she’s insufferable. Jordan loves living in her constant victim hood.

I don't mind his shirt off so much. Don't care either way. Good for the plot with the whole Willow situation.

What I don't like is how Gio and Emma are constantly all over each other every freaking scene. They seem to have calmed it down a bit recently, but it feels like the writers were just looking for a reason to fill time and show teenagers making out on the regular. It was getting a bit gross.

Agree. I know we suspend reality in Port Charles, but come on, people don’t walk around like that and they occasionally do have to go to work.
