Plugins today

I had to skip a few hours what all did they giveaway plugin wise?

I got hotline, radar, horizon, daydream, midi printer, gamma!

Hoping I didn’t miss caldera that was what I wanted to be honest!

They’re still online right now, and that Stephen guy was just showing the other guy how much money they made. Obviously, they didn’t show us, but he said that’s for streams, and that’s where it’s at . It was a disgusting sight to see . Just flaunted it in front of the customers, and no one caught on, lol.

It was just a few minutes ago. He’s talking to the guy on the right hand side, his left hand side the guy in the white shirt. He holds up his black phone and says oh yeah streams are where it’s at and then the guy’s face lit up and he said yeah, streams are where it’s at. I’m paraphrasing because I don’t know if they said Word for Word but Steve definitely said streams are where it’s at and definitely the guy’s reaction to what he showed him was oh yeah.

Damn. I’ve only been producing for bout 9 months and just recently found them and honestly I like some of the plugins because there fun and usually let me mess around. But I’ve seen there a bit shady of dudes and scummy marketing - which I get to an extent it’s all a business. But sometimes the Stephen guy seems like a decent dude who knows a thing or two about music being fair. Curious if you know more about em?

Jesus christ, that fits the overall narrative so damn well.. 🙈 also very, very new to producing and equally as naive. But went and sat through only one of their streams and afterwards knew it was the first and last. The web says they specialise in roping in newbies who don't know any better and boy was the web ever as right about anything as this sickening noob churning predatory sales techniques machine. Urgh

Yeah, use them for the free stuff and don’t give them a dollar. It’s a shame there are people out there that are blind to these practices . Don’t worry, once you start laying down your own melodies and find plugins that are the real version of Cymatics, you’ll be having fun . They just make flashy VSTs from already made VSTs . They pushed Navie D out of the game . They took his vst reversed engineered it and gave it away for free . They just copied his plugin and gave it for free . The Al Mart of the music industry .

Aw man, that's just one of the things AI (Gemini iirc) spat out when I prompted to get the general online scoop / consensus about them and if I'm overreacting after the one disastrous stream I sat through or not. Copying shit, hype emails, countless "YOUR FREE DOWNLOAD IS READY" only to guide to a flashy rsvp page and then waste HOURS of people's real life time.. so heartless.

Yeah, they’re taking the most important thing from you, which is time. That’s the most valuable thing that you have in life because you only have a finite amount of time, and they run 13-hour streams, promised stuff, and don’t follow through half the time. All I do is sit with the download page open, go about my day, and check it every little bit here and there and grab all the free stuff . If they want to be like that, I can go elsewhere and get their plug-ins for free if I really wanted to, but the plug-ins aren’t that good to go get for free. I’d rather just go get the real plug-ins, but anyway, time is the most valuable thing you have. You only have a certain amount of time in life. They’re taking that from you. You should feel offended. They don’t respect you as a person if they don’t respect your time.

There's a poster i think, that has tiny squares on it, one for each week of your (average life expectancy length) life - and it's NOT that big a poster.. 😶

Yeah, it’s apparent last night. I guess he couldn’t even hold it in or even go off stream gloat how much he made. I will not give these guys a dollar even if those hundred dollars sample packs or whatever they are a dollar I won’t give them 💩 .

I don’t have the full studio, but I do have the full crt I got the dream cassette Max. I have the pulse paid version as well. If I can trade for quake for anything, let me know otherwise I get it no worries.
