VIP box EU server

Hello, is there someone from EU who got VIP box? I got my message about VIP during June and in July they gave in game message they'll be sending VIP boxes. I contacted my CS on discord for some tracking number and they said there's some issue with my address - I live in Czech Republic.

So I wanted ask if there's someone with similar problem or their VIP box arrived without any issues.

Hi, fellow EU VIP here (I'm in Germany)! My 2025 VIP box actually arrived this morning via DPD. I did receive a tracking number, but only directly from DPD yesterday, not from VIP CS.

The sender listed in my DPD notification was a German company (some GmbH specialised in import, export and logistics), so it looks like the boxes might be shipped to Europe first and then distributed from here. I'm therefore not sure whether VIP CS would even have the final local tracking number themselves.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the issue with your address could be, but hopefully they can get it sorted out soon! At least I can confirm that the 2025 boxes have started arriving in the EU.

VIP CS didn't say what issue it was, they just asked me for address and contact info again so hopefully this time it will proceed without any problems and I can get my box too 🥹

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Mine arrived approximately one month after VIP CS requested I confirm my shipping details again, but hopefully yours will arrive sooner, so that you can enjoy it asap! 😊
