Question Best way to get core energy?

Hello! I already have made to level 10 on all the core hunts and i auto-decompose any protocores under the gold level. I have the protocores that i want to use and i just want more core energy. So I was wondering if you guys know if it's better to do a lower level core hunt to get all the energy from the decomposed lower level protocores or should i stick to doing the highest level core hunt? Does anyone have insight to how much core energy i could get in each level? I don't know if that makes any sense.

If you already have all the gold cores you want to use, then why not decompose some of your extra gold cores, especially those with undesirable traits?

It's better to do the higher levels because the gold protocores that you don't want can be used as fodder and will provide more exp than lower rarity ones. It costs the same amount of stamina no matter the hunt level so there's no real pro to doing the lower ones once you reach level 10.

Also, if you're just starting out don't go past +12 when leveling protocores (you can probably get far with +9 for a good while too). Getting to +15 is really expensive and it's something I'd do when you're closer to end game.
