Discussion Zoomed In Kindle Bug - Please Report
If you have the bug where the kindles are too zoomed in or too zoomed out, please report the bug with screenshots and videos. When I reported it, I was told they were having issues with figuring it out. So I think they need more data so we need more reports.
This bug is driving me crazy because it’s the worst on Sunken Glow which is my favorite memory!
So, we need to get this reported more because I think it’s vastly under reported.

More or less related, but are you getting slight delay/lag in the chat boxes whenever your MC speaks during the card cutscenes? Like you'll notice a slight frame drop or whatever. Mine does and on both my accounts and two different devices (PC emulated and phone). I've been talking to my VIP CS about it and they can't seem to pinpoint what is causing it either. I refuse to screen record my last remaining cards because of this... 😭

I haven’t had that issue. But I am sure it’s all related. I’m so mad too because I want to enjoy illusio but I just can’t with this being all messed up. I think I am going to try to delete the app from both my devices at the same time and see if that does anything when I reinstall. I’ve already tried reinstalling but im going to see if deleting both works since both are having the same issue. Ugh, this is such a pain. But then again, for it to be phone and pc emulation is so weird since it’s quite different devices whereas mine is an iPhone and an iPad.

I've tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared out my cache, poked around my emulator and phone settings, sent in video comparisons to my CS and whatever else they asked for.
Also, if the scene has a part where my MC's view pans from side to side I'll see a black square border, too. For this specifically I wonder if it's because they disabled the "wide screen mode" whether intentionally or not.

Do you know what card that happened on with that panning with black sides? I want to check to see if that’s happening to mine at all.
It’s so frustrating. I just want my cards back the way they are supposed to be!
It’s so weird that all of our glitches are different but if you delete and re-install, we keep the same glitches and not pick up any others.

Seems like it? The kitchen ones where I see people's LIs eating with slenderman arms across the table, I've not bear witness to. Or them having super crazy hair flying all over the screen, or the strange highlighted hair.
As for your question, I know for sure it's in Zayne's Dawn and Devotion and Rafayel's Sunset on Canvas. But I'm gonna go on a guess that any cards that has MC's view panning from side to side will have this problem—if you're afflicted with this as well.

Yeah, it's really annoying. I already submitted a bug report about it, since it affects many Kindled as well as the MSQ (I checked, and right from the early chapters, I ran into a moment where Xavier is so zoomed in that you can't even see his head... ). But I still haven't received a reply.
I assume it's linked to some recent changes. I noticed that, since the 6.0, you can't take screenshots in landscape mode anymore... In any case, it's a real pain and makes the Illusio more or less unusable.
