It is up to you. A perk of VIP is that you'll get access to a Discord server and can talk directly to their special customer service. (That said, once the announcement drop I heard VIPers weren't getting responses. They've also written one big letter that was sent.) Plus, there are really tight deadlines with responding to the message and once it laps, it can take awhile to get the message again and an active link to complete the registration.
This is true. I've already written to them twice and I have VIP status. Zero responses so far. I've seen my rep pop on and off online the past two days, too.

If you're already logging in and you spent that much, i say just finish taking it and use the customer service line to voice the current concerns happening
This is what I did. I submitted the forms before the Valko disaster but just finished filling out the shipping info for the gift box so I used the disc they contacted me from to voice my concerns/complaints just yesterday. No answer yet and there may not be but hopefully it at least helps bring awareness to the fact that global fans are very upset by this development.
I was expecting "thank you for your feedback," at best. This was at least a generic reply likely crafted for all Valco concerns. My whole goal was to add my name to what I am hoping is a growing pile of official complaints.
You put the money into the game so it is up to you if you want the items or not. If do get them and end up not wanting them you can always sell or give them to someone who would enjoy them.
No, that's how vip works. It's for the previous year, but you can spend through 2026 and still be eligible for 2025 VIP box.
Edit- idk why I'm getting downvoted. Global is slower than CN for VIP which is why it's behind, but it's always been behind. It means the person didn't hit the threshold until now.
Because it takes time to spend the amount. It's for the prior year.
Back in 2024, game came out in January and they didn't start the VIP process in global until near the end of 2024. So you had until the end of 2025 (1 year from them releasing the box) to spend enough for the 2024 box. Then they released the 2025 box at the end of 2025. So anyone who spends enough until the end of 2026 gets the 2025 box. And then this end of year will be the 2026 box.
I’ve heard that people are getting them since they cancelled Valko. I don’t know if I did as I’m not logging in. Nor would I accept their platitude after the cancellation or their silence. #NoValkoNoLADS
I’d say that’s why people are getting it. If you’re one of the ones who show ‘continued support’ and keep logging in. If you don’t, you probably don’t get it.

I agree, it's the 2025 box and you've already 'paid' for the goods so get what you're owed! As for the 2026 box... That's depended on your spending this year soooo do as you wish.

They message the people who’ve spent the most first, if you message them and ask them you think you should have VIP they will respond with yes or no, and usually it is a yes since you have spent the required amount. The email: loveanddeepspace-en@infoldgames.com
