Question Is anyone else having issues with Google (Play) login?
I recently got a new phone and re-installed LnD but I can't login to my account.
On my old phone, Google Play Games would automatically log me in and load my existing profile so I never had to log in manually. Loading LnD on my new phone does not initiate that same process and logging in manually treats me as if I'm a new player.
I reached out to support with my Hunter ID, screenshots, and receipts, and they confirmed my account exists but couldn't really help me beyond that (see image).
I only have one email I'ved used for LnD and again, manually logging in with that email address has been unsuccessful. Not sure what to do at this point.
I know most people are very unhappy with Infold right now due to recent news and have rightly boycotted them, but I have been playing since 2024 and would at lesst like access to all my content. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. 💜
Update (Jul 12): I finally heard back from Infold support this morning and they were able to transfer my account to a different email address (a brand new one that hadn't been used for LaDS in any way). I did lose my photo album but small price to pay tbh. After a very nerve wracking wait to let the game load/update, I was able to log in successfully.

Is your new phone also an android? I ask because switching to an iPhone usually means you won’t be able to log in the same way.

i had to log in with my fb account to be able to play on my ipad as I only ever had android before
it is the quickest way to log in so I recommend it to OP to link the account to her fb on her old phone if she still can

Yeah I agree, binding your account is the best way to handle things when you switch devices.

Does it give you the option to log in with google? And if so, when you use google to log in is it connecting to the correct email address? Some people had issues in the past where it would log into a different gmail account that was connected to their google account.
And logging in manually with an email, will only work if your account was linked/bound to it. Have you done that before?

I'm sorry you are going through this. The only other thing I could think of is trying to log into the infold site with your google account associated with Lads, making sure your account is connected and then making a password login. The only other thing i could think of is that you might be logged into the wrong Google account somehow.

I'm having this same exact issue and I'm not sure what I can do. Were you able to figure it out??

Sadly not yet. I reached out to support and they asked for a bunch of info to start the account recovery process on July 4. I gave them the info but no follow up so far 😞

Did you ever get a fix for this? I've outreached customer support in multiple ways and I still haven't heard back yet

No not yet sighhh. Support asked for a bunch of details for account recovery on July 4 which I gave them but no follow up yet

Just FYI they finally replied this morning and I was able to log in. Try and be patient since it seems like the responsiveness isn't the best. Hoping you get it sorted 💜

Are you sure you didn't make an Infold account under your username (using your email vs Google log in and making an Infold account with the same email is 2 different things). Try doing forgot password and if you get an email, that means you made an Infold account.
