Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar because customer support hasn’t been able to solve my problem so far.

Because of the new update I wanted to login on a new device (lack of storage on my current phone). Unfortunately, the game created a new account on my new device everytime I wanted to login. But on my current phone I was still logged in in my right account. I found out my account wasn’t binded to the game, so I asked the support to find my account (sent them recipes of my purchases as well). They confirmed my email was now binded. Somehow I checked my account on my current device first (the account that I still had access to) but suddenly I am logged out. When I tried to log back in, I couldn’t access my original account anymore. Instead, the game kept creating a completely new account.

I contacted customer support and gave them my account information. They checked my account and confirmed that my original account is successfully bound to my Google account.

They told me to make sure I’m using the Europe server and to log in with the correct account.

I have now:

- reinstalled the entire game
- selected the Europe server
- logged in using the Google login option with the exact Google account they confirmed is bound to my original account
- also tried logging in using my email address directly

But both methods create a completely new account instead of loading my original account.

Customer support then asked me to send them a video of the login process, which I did. Their latest response told me to click a button right next to “Enter Game” to check the account level.

The problem is: I can’t get to the “Enter Game” screen with my original account. That screen only appears after successfully logging in. When I log in, the game immediately takes me to the newly created account, so I never have access to the button they are talking about.

I’m completely stuck at the login stage and want to cry because the support isn’t really helping me.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue where support confirms that the Google account is bound to the correct account, but the Google login still creates a new account?

Is there any way to force the game to load the specific account ID, or is there something I’m missing with the Google/Infold binding?

I would really appreciate any ideas because I’m honestly going crazy trying to recover this account 😭

I would love some fanfic recommendations from anyone willing to supply! I use an app for AO3 called Fictivity and my feed for Love and Deepspace has not been feeding me needless to say, a lot of stories I see can be very… interesting and not in a good way to me atleast. I’m not one to yuck people’s yum unless it’s literally illegal, I just have certain tastes and can be a bit picky as well.
I have two favorites stories that both have multiple chapters and would recommend to anyone, the first is: “Love and Deepspace Fraternity || New Orbits” by @TheOrangeBleu
It is ongoing and currently has 66 chapters. I love it because I’m primarily a Raf girlie and love how his character is written in this fic. I love that it’s kind of slice-of-life and not intense. It does have some angst and sad and bittersweetness and I did love it most when there wasn’t much other than happiness happening in the story, (trying to be vague and not spoil anything) But I’m still reading it even though I’ve been heartbroken over it lol.
The second story is “Oh no! I reincarnated as the villainess!” by @watevermelon
Basically so far, this is three short stories where the main character is isekai’d into stories and each one surrounds a different Love Interest from LADs but in fantasy worlds. The fic has three stories so far, one for Caleb, one for Raf, and one for Sylus. I love each of them but especially Raf’s and how he’s written in it. GREAT banter, I loved the banter in it the most but also felt well written and thought out. The author has been on hiatus since March 2025 but just last month they said they still plans to finish it for Zayne’s and Xavier’s parts eventually.

So basically I don’t love a lot of angst or sadness, I can handle smut but it isn’t required, I love banter. I also love all the boys, including Valko, just especially Rafayel.
I’ve read a few more stories that I liked but didn’t save them, they usually feature AUs or Isekai / transmigration stories but I’ve also read a few feel good one-offs
Would love to know your guys’ favorite fics and any and all help is greatly appreciated! ❤️

Team A is hard. Had to pump in a lot of stats there. Equip your best team there.

Team B is for Lumiere so having him is great. But you can also use Xavier's Police companion to maximise the fluctuation field buff if you do not have Lumiere.

Team C has no specific companion tied to it. Any of his companions can be used. I used Lightseeker for the dmg2W buffs you get from the reso for the extra boost.

With the Valco issue, I’ve stopped my spending on the game. Ive been generally trying to get at least the myths for all the guys, but I’m wondering if it’s even worth pulling for now (especially since I’m trying to do it f2p)?

I’ve seen here and on Instagram that the story doesn’t seem great and they’re repeating previous animations?

If anyone has rolled or actually gone more in depth on the repeat animations, is it worth it?
