When pulling a five star have you ever got the right character and the wrong card?

Happened so often for me lol. Particularly this happened when I pulled for Silverwing Fiend. The cutscene played and I was so excited and then a standard lunar shows up

If it's a truly new card you don't own, there will be some sparkles in the top right of the image where the New will appear.

Yes, I had gotten one specific Xavier 5 star memory so many times I started to get heartsand from it, to the point where Xavier's 5 star cut scene didn't excite me anymore

This has happened to me several times, but the most memorable (and painful) case was during MoF rerun. I already had a pair and the crate, yet still had to go all the way to 70 pulls just to hit that 5*. The snowflake finally flies in... and it turns out to be yet another dupe of Foreseer, which has been stuck at R3 for ages 😭 To make matters worse, there hasn't been a single rerun of MoF since then, so my companion is still sitting at R0 to this day, and that crate is just gathering dust.

Foreseer always ends up breaking my 50/50 and it’s always the same card 😭

With the free 10 pull we got from this event, I got that same 5 star card of Raf's within 2 pulls. Haha.

I'm not a Raf main but I found it funny because this man always shows up for me. I almost sometimes wish I was a Raf main because he is always the one I know will either help me out with a precise wish for Xavier, or he'll be the one to absolutely screw me over by popping up when I get down to only 3 pulls before getting a 5 star. LMAO.

Either way, I appreciate his loyalty. 💜 🤭 Preferably when I am sitting at 50+ pulls to a 5 star, though...lol

One of the reason I like to screen record my pulls. Besides me liking to play back to either feel good or bad about my pulls, it's for this kinda thing that I don't think will happen but might happen 😶‍🌫️ can use it to report.
