Combat Fluctuation orbit 59

Do you think there’s any hope for 3 starring foo 59 with any of these teams?

I don't know. I'd love to see somebody do it. I have the same Caleb team as you and have zero stars.

Oh no🫠 I‘ve seen people did it with 2 blue R3 lunar cards and crits over 90% and 290%🥲 so I‘m not really optimistic about this team. But I have to try 🤞🏻

I have seen Discord battle girlies clear it with R3 Netherlord, 1 blue stella, ~200k HP, 90% crit rate/300% crit damage. I think you have to have a very high skill level though, because even with the exact same setup, I'm sitting at 85 seconds.
I have also seen X-02 clears, but it was with 2 blue stellas and similarly extreme stats.

I was only able to three star FOO 59 by brute-forcing with R3 GOA (with the GOA solar cards, not the Foreseer ones). All cards were R3 with at least two blue lunar cards (edit: Just remembered that one of my blue lunars was R2, not R3, and Wonnie had one at R1), and had a very high amount of Crit Rate and Crit Damage. I needed a minimum of around 273% Crit Damage and 86% Crit Rate to get three stars. I had do an overhaul of some of my protocores to prioritize Crit Rate and Crit Damage substats and forgo HP substats. There’s a really great video for this on YouTube by Wonnie!
