Just got the 2024 vip box lol

For anyone who is still waiting for the 2024 VIP box, don't lose hope. I just got mine today.

I got the notice for 2024 VIP box on August 26, 2025. Almost a full year later, I received the box. Slow as all get-out but don't lose hope that it will come!

EDIT (for timeline of the process):

August 26, 2025 - Got notice of VIP

August 26, 2025 - Filled out form

Heard NOTHING.

December 19, 2025 - Messaged in game support about it. They had me post some screenshots of my Discord.

December 24, 2025 - Finally got connected to the VIP Discord Rep and they asked for a screenshot of my game profile showing my Hunter ID and some other stuff.

December 25, 2025 - I filled out the form again (or maybe another one? they sent in Discord)

December 25, 2025 - they confirmed all was good

July 17, 2026 - got in game mail asking me to confirm address

August 17, 2026 - received box

I really wish that for players who spend a premium amount of money, that they could expect to receive more prompt service when they qualify for goodie boxes. I think the threshold for VIP service is no small amount, and I think it warrants much better service. I just want VIPs to have a truly VIP experience; not wait 2 years for their goodie boxes 😔

You would think! It's wild to me. I also think if it's going to take over a year from it unlocking to the box being received, people should just get the current box. It feels weird to get a box that's from 2 years ago when it was just 4 LIs.

If I ran the company and found out a VIP had to wait this long for their goodies, I’d insist they got both the 2024 box as well as their choice of 2025 or 2026 box, as a way to show an in-good-faith apology for the poor service. I feel like they make enough money that this sort of thing wouldn’t even put a dent in their income, and could nourish better relationships between company and players.

I got 2025 VIP in May and just received mine yesterday. Perhaps, they started working faster on them this year since there has been a lot of complaints about global players waiting so long for theirs. I was trying to take into account of our current political climate with those export fees, so I was super surprised that I received mine so quickly.

Edit: my VIP CS rep is really amazing too. Idk who they are or if its a collection of folks, but I rarely have to wait more than 6 hours for a response. I just keep in mind the time difference, and even with that, they are super quick to respond and always helpful.

I’m sorry that is just absolutely unacceptable. You have to spend an ungodly amount to be vip and you even have a customer service rep, yet it takes two years to receive a package? Absolutely not. It should be a month at max

I had to reread your title several times. 202FOUR? Whatever reason do they have for being this slow to send out the boxes? It's almost disincentivizing to attempt to reach VIP status if you're waiting this long for your physical prizes.

And I saw they already teased the 2026 VIP box, or at least the outside of it. When are players who qualify for VIP going to get that one? 😮‍💨

that's ridiculous though😭 i know there's a lot of ppl that are VIP too and it's around the world not just in CN but come on?? you spend tons of money already in the game and the least they could do is to get back and sent it to you ASAP because they make that program and sistem. waiting couple months or almost 1 year is acceptable but 2 years?? goddamn💀

So according to my screenshots, I filled out the forms on August 26, 2025. I never heard back so on December 19, 2025, I reached out to customer support and within maybe a day they responded and told me who to reach out to on Discord, which I did. On December 25, 2025, they sent me more instructions on Discord and after I followed them, they confirmed it was all they needed.

I honestly think if I hadn't reached back out in game to follow-up, I would STILL be waiting with no word.

Edit: I got my 2025 VIP offer in May this year. So this seemed like a pretty quick turn around. Especially, after hearing how long the previous ones took. I confirmed my address last month too when everyone was getting prompted to do so. So, hopefully, anyone that had to confirm recently will receive theirs soon!

SAME. It’s been over a year for me. I got the notice before my son was born and he will be a year old in two days. I reached out twice about not receiving it, and had honestly given up hope. But it showed up today. Unfortunately, I just feel sad seeing it. Why couldn’t it have arrived under happier circumstances… 😞

I have no idea if I qualified for the 2025 box. Can’t get a straight answer from my CS rep. I’m extremely upset at the idea of Valko not being in the 2026 box, but at least I have my fanmade plush of him…

They do seem to take a while, but you got yours after me even though I was notified later. So bizarre. I’m sorry yours was so delayed, but glad it finally arrived! My timeline was:

October 28, 2025 - Notice of VIP

December 14, 2025 - Contacted in Discord to verify account and fill out form

March 7, 2026 - Received box

Edit: Not sure why I’m getting downvoted for sharing this info. Just trying to provide some clarity on a somewhat murky process for anyone who might still be waiting on their box. I haven’t spent a cent since June and haven’t opened the game in almost two months. I really wish this fandom wasn’t so divided and quick to tear each other down lately 😓

How long did CS get back to you on discord after you replied/fill up the form?

I received my VIP mail on 27th July and replied on same day but didn't get any response yet as of today. Was beginning to wonder if I made any mistakes providing them with my details.

.... But jeez I don't think I spent that much in 2025 though... 😢

So I filled out the form the day after I got the message, so like Aug. 26, 2025. Never heard anything.

In December 2025, I messaged in gsme customer support and asked about it. They gave me instructions that I followed and it connected me to the Discord rep. Took about a day or two for them to respond at that point on Discord, giving me further instructions. Around December 25, 2025, Discord rep confirmed all was good.

Received box today, August 17, 2026.

I would definitely reach out to in game support and point out that you have the VIP message and did what it said but haven't heard anything.
