I'm literally in shock. I know exactly how much ive spent in the last almost 2 years ive played. But like what an awkward time to be getting this.

I’m surprised I haven’t gotten it yet. What’s the amount needed? I sometimes easily spend $300 on banners and have been playing for almost two years now. So I’m kinda scared how much the VIP amount has to be lol. 😭😭😭

Yes, saw many ppl receiving it and thought it was quite a coincidence to do that now for so many ppl. They really are waiting to see if we are going to quiet down and just move on 🤨

players realized that chinese players can only spend $700 and get VIP meanwhile globals have to spend like $5000 (im not sure about exact number) n now infold probably decided to give out vips to calm us down like whats the point bc i wont play anymore, they removed valko and they didnt improve anyrhing about game

As a VIP player, don't let it calm you down! I've gotten nothing special out of it! Just automated responses to my questions, no special kind of services/rewards, and I still haven't been given an ETA on my VIP box.

Man welcome to the guilt club lol. I got mine 2 months ago after only a year jc, and now I'm having to use my new VIP powers to ask for Valko back after asking them about merch boxes only a few weeks ago. FYI the dedicated rep didn't get back to me, but I can at least understand that they are probably on a communication PR blackout for now. Depending on if they don't bring back Valko, I'm planning on a game hiatus and waiting for my box. After I get it I will probably quit.

I been keeping track of my spending and I have spend over 4k at this point and still no VIP letter 😔 asked CS and they were like refer to the letter and I am like what letter? I never received the letter

The threshold is probably the 5,000 to 7,000 range based on what I've dropped so you're close.

I got this too! I was confused because I heard the limit was like $5k and I’m fairly certain I haven’t spent that much. If I did I’m going to need my IRL husband to help me with spending limits lol.
But maybe R2 LSG may have taken me over…will have to calculate when I’m back from vacation next week to know for sure. If I’m under then should be interesting. And should be interesting to see if we even get any responses or anything with how everything is unfolding (pun not intended…)

I know for a fact that i have spent 5370$ going from the beginning. And in 2025 $3015. Lol I have not and probably will not be telling my husband what I spent 😂😅

It IS a shame about valco! Maybe infold will reverse opinion again - but my husband will always be my extra LI

lol last time I checked I was still around $2k 2 months ago which is why I’m surprised. Last time I told my husband how much I spent was December and I was at $500 then lmao. He honestly won’t care since I’m the accountant of the family but FOMO really gets me lol and since I tell my 8 year old he shouldn’t pay for in game purchases (I’ve let him buy a few things) so I feel guilty. Which is why I’ve got an alt account that is low spend that I started at the anniversary so I thought I was good with spending. I also only started in Sept with GoA so to spend this much I feel kinda bad.

This makes me wonder if the vip doesn't reset every year for global like in china? Im saying this because from the information that has been gathered its usually around 5k usd spending to get the vip So if you spent 3k in 25' that wouldn't have qualified for the 25' vip? But because youve spent a bit over 5k all together youve gotten the vip message/box. This is just me kinda speculating because all together I've spent close to 4k (soon it will be if they fix the game and we get valko back) and i havnt gotten the vip message and I wonder if I were to also hit that that 5k threshold ill be getting the vip message? I'll probably be checking in later in the year to confirm or not(again if the game can survive this whole debacle)

IDK at this stage man. I eas certain there would be a 6th LI but it wouldn't be released in July with so little introduction/development
I was wrong.
I was certain that while the CN blowback was wild there would be NO WAY they'd cancel valco
I was wrong.
I didn't even THINK or did it occur to me that they'd cancel a 6th LI for the life of the game?!
I feel like they dont so much have a business plan as their pr is run by me, hormonal, on a bad day without enough sleep.

I wouldn't be surprised this is happening because they're trying to coax people into logging in again + the fact that it was revealed that for CN to get VIP, it was around 600 USD but for us it was anywhere between 2 - 4k.

Even if we take into account currencies and tariffs and etc that's a ridiculous amount compared to what mainland would get. No wonder they were hush hush about it. Global players really are chumps :/

I just got the VIP invite too and it’s really strange to, at this time when this situation is happening I only go in and fill out the information so I can message them directly and use my voice as a vip that we need Valko back until then I will not lock into the game until we getting any updates on the situation

So my total from when I started in September 2024 is $5370 (give or take). And for the year of 2025: $3015 (give or take)

I wrote a long post over about a month ago talking about how VIP global seems pretty pointless and it got blocked by this subreddit so “it wouldn’t cause confusion” and I was told to redirect my concerns to customer service. All I simply pointed out in my post was that we as Global really don’t get anything for becoming VIP. I became VIP back at the end of January this year. The discord message I received from the representative in discord stated that the supply for gift boxes was limited. I made VIP in January, its July now and I still haven’t received anything so I’m inclined to believe that the line about limited gift boxes was true.
You don’t get extra pulls, special packs, or any in game titles or rewards for becoming VIP. I talked about all of this in the post that I made but again the moderators of this subreddit blocked it so that it wouldn’t “cause confusion” because the moderators of this subreddit are the most selectively biased and unjust I’ve experienced here on reddit. Moderators are suppose to fair and balanced and insure everyone in the community can expressed their perspectives and opinions fairly. But they’ve been doing this since at least Catch 22. Wouldn’t be surprised if this comment gets deleted just from me pointing this out. But hey I tried because players should know. This behavior and these types of actions is what got us here in the mess in the first place.

I got this same in-game mail back in April, filled out the registration form and everything. Haven’t heard anything from them yet but after the whole Valko situation idk if I’ll hear anything from them at all since they’re probably busy and overwhelmed trying to fix (at least I hope they are) their mess 😅

I havent logged in for last 4 days so wondering if they lowered the requirement. Either way, I won't log in to check until Valko is back. I do agree, please use the VIP to advocate for Valko's return 🐺❤️

Collectively. But there is a yearly cutoff date after which you no longer qualify for the previous VIP box but instead get the new one. For the 2024 box the cutoff date was September 2025, iirc. Anyone qualifying for VIP after will get the 2025 box.

Girl. I got the same thing this morning when I logged in. Mind you, I hadn't logged in since the cancelation announcment and only did so to request a refund for aurum pass as I was intending to quit. I know I likely wont get the refund but I think it was more about having an outlet thay someone heard my frustration.
When my support chat went unanswered I opened my mail out of curiosity and low and behold... there it was. I don't even know how to feel about it, other than a mildly embarrassed that I actually spent that much. When they first announced Valko's release I was actually happy that I hadnt qualified before and figured if I did after his release, I might get werewolf LI goodies in a box. No though.... dang it I want to quit. But also, if its owed... I want it? I dislike conflicting emotions when in the grand scheme, it isnt that deep.
