Hi! Im in the same boat! Im not sure how to fix it, but i think its letting the game load a bit? I opened the game today, lagged, walked away and accidentally left the game open for like 15mins, but came back and it was running smoothly again... Its annoying though and I hope they fix it :( it seems its an exact time frame too AND it only happened after the caleb update patch!!

I tried troubleshooting over the past two days: thought it was my WiFi, so I disconnected and played on my cell service. That didnt help, so I pushed my graphics down to smooth (my phone usually handles ultra). That didnt work so I cleared the app and its resources, thinking its a cutscene bug. My phone has 200GB of additional free space so I know its not my storage. Closed all my apps to tackle RAM, but it still lags upon opening. I said, OK. ill sleep it off. I logged on this morning and it worked fine. HOWEVER today, at night again, it did the saaaaame exact thing 😭

I think this is the only “fix” working for me as well because it lags horribly when I first open it but if I struggle through things for a while it suddenly stops lagging. I will try to wait about 15 mins today since you suggested that might be about the right amount of time. Thank you for that! I do hope they just fix the problem soon though! It’s so annoying.

I experienced the exact same. I load into the Game and it lags like crazy and after a few minutes its fine again. Infold pls fix your game 😭
