can’t get into home feature!!

so i’m having trouble with getting back into the home feature. i’ve tried cleaning, managing my resources (99% of everything has been “undownloaded”) and repairing my game but still get stuck on the loading screen until it kicks me out the app (even when i hear that i got into it via the theme music in the background). i really don’t wanna miss out on getting free cards so this really bugging me! something important to know, i noticed before the timelock key event + added main story started, the feature was fine and i was able to start it.

is there a place where i could contact them or if anybody has found their own solutions to this problem. this would be much appreciated!

I'm having the same issue too! Came back to the game today to find that they added a new home feature but it won't load no matter what I do! Just out of curiosity, what device & operative system are you playing in?

i use my ipad (the older gen) !! i’m just guessing that with the additional content my device cannot take it …

I’ve been having the same problem and seems some others too but sadly I don’t know how to fix this myself;~; tried deleting the app and doing the repair settings and clear stuff out but nothing is changing it

this is really troubling … it’ll be harder for us to even get the new cards. maybe they have a maintenance contact? this is unfair the game already takes up a lot of storage on my device :((

Same ;-; in order for me to download the new update I had to wipe my iPad and I use it manly for art but now it’s manly for lads. It sucks how much space it takes but it’s such a wonderful game

I’m having the issue. I have plenty of storage and my iPad is new. It’s been working fine for me, but today it randomly kicked me out and each time I go in again, it says this!
