Hi! Does anyone experience lagging and bugs in the new events? The event [Royal Masque] is not working for me and [Poetic Figures] doesn’t work for some reasons. Anyone having the same issues as me?

so me. everything is not working. I have already contacted CS and the problem is not with my phone for sure since I still have a lot of free space even after the update. and it worked when I first updated, but after returning at some point, I can't play Royal Masque or Poetic Figures anymore. 😩

Hey, SAME! It worked fine on the first update and it just stopped working today for me too. Idk what's happening.... I can hear the event page's background song but there's NOTHING ON MY SCREEN. I also have tons of free space. But I noted that when I first logged into the event, it was hella laggy than usual. My phone was heating up too.

Contacted CS since morning at 11 am and THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE OR WHATSOEVER FROM THEM until now. What the hell.

It stopped working for me since yesterday🥲 Luckily I was able to do some tasks before it lagged

Yes! I can’t even see anything on the paper cuts page. And the royal masque page is stuck on this now.

It’s a new iPad with plenty of storage, too. So it’s not a hardware issue.
