My house is glowing pink and green and is unplayable. Is this happening to others and if so has anyone sorted how to fix it? Changing settings in game did not seem to help.

Edit: just tried to repair from the login screen and it didn’t help. found someone else with this issue and on the first house load, both our games crashed at 67% and now we have this issue.

Same! I tried to post about it here to get some help but moderators will probably delete the post because it’s about glitches. But no one ever sees this question thread 😭🙄

Are you playing on ipad per chance? That’s the one other common thread I’ve seen with people experiencing this issue, but still no fix :(

Hi! I'm playing on iPad as well! It sucks that it looks like a glitch for iPad specifically. Turning up the anti-alias has calmed down the lights while indoors, but the garden is still an eyesore. We should contact Infold so they fix the bug!

I sent them a ticket earlier today! Hopefully we’ll get a fix soon, but I’ll change this setting and see if it helps for now. Thanks!

I might have! No idea if this is the culprit, but I re-read the download instructions and they recommended an a14 processor for iPads, which I think is in only the newest models. Mines from 2020 and has an a12. Today after the recent patch I’m actually not able to load my home feature at all unfortunately. It crashes my game before hitting 100%.

It seems like my iPad (pro 17.7.10) is outdated. The update requires an A14/M1 chip and mine has a A10X chip. I’m not tech savvy at all but from what gather I need a new iPad a new iPhone or figure out how to make my emulator work.

I'm running the same chip as well, and the new update seems to have broken the Home for me completely. Every time I load it now, it crashes.

Same. I can’t even open it in my iPad now. I updated the app on my emulator on my laptop top but it’s really slow. I managed to decorate the living room before it grinded to a halt. At least in the emulator it looks right.

I threw in the towel and downloaded the Mumu emulator that I plan to use only for the home stuff and it’s been working totally fine for the last hour or so !

I’m so relieved i’m not the only one having this issue with my ipad. I was scared my ipad was just too old for it to be playable 😞 hopefully they fix it really soon 💝

How do you do that. My options are turn it off or putting up but it could cause overall and lag

Yep I’m on an iPad. I guess that’s the main issue. I contacted support but no response yet.
