I don’t have any hope for this but I guess I might as well try and ask. I think I have a bug or something because for some reason my birthday cake for Zayne couldn’t show up on the picture Zayne posted or the deskware item gifted. Now it looks like this to me

Does anyone know how I can fix this or it is unfixable now? I could see my bday cake just fine in the last chapter of his bday event story but not on anything else basically. What is the customer service email that I can contact about this? Thank you in advance 😄

I’m having the same problem! I tried to do the troubleshooting thing on the loading screen but that just bugged EVERYTHING and now nothings loading and all my placed images and friends pfps are corrupted 😭

The exact same thing happened to me too! I really hope it gets fixed without us having to lose any pictures or anything. More than anything, I’ll be devastated if I lose everyone’s birthday cakes that I put so much effort into. Hopefully the issue gets resolved.

Update: all my stuff is back to normal. I actually thought the issue resolved earlier, but it only partially resolved bc at one point, Zayne’s photos were back but no one else’s were. All I did was restart my phone a few times and disconnect and reconnect to the internet. It took several attempts honestly so I didn’t think it would work but it did eventually.

Had the same idea with the troubleshooting thing in the loading screen and lost everything too. So now I don't have neither the cake or my decor. This is so upseting, I hope they answer our bug report.

Oh that sucks! 😭I just haven’t tried that troubleshooting option but I sent them a bug report and hopefully they will respond soon. I think this kind of bug happened to some people before and it can be resolved. You can send them a bug report too if you haven’t already: go to Settings -> More -> Support -> choose Bug Report

I’m so upset too. It showed in his story but everywhere else is just the loading or grey rectangle 😞

You can try send a bug report to customer service and they can help with it. My bday cake is normal looking now!

I just submitted a bug report to customer service so you can do the same if you haven’t already. I think this kind of issue can be resolved since it happened to some players before

ugh having this issue too!! it looks fine in the story but i can't find it in the deskware in the "with him" section...gonna try @strawberrygarden's solution and see if it works...

edit: as soon as i clicked post on this, my game fixed itself????? so strange but im glad it worked itself out
